What A Week!!

I won't even began to remember all that went on here at our house this week. A few things that come to mind:
*last Sunday picnic at a park in Mansfield for Baltic family for Steph's surprise 40th birthday party at the same time hurricane Ike made it's way through--hearing 1 week later....people still without power in Wayne County.
*Anita Steiner having baby # 5 in the spring!!
*Monday morning came Kayleigh & Noah to get on the bus with us. They will be coming every Monday morning for the rest of the school year.
*No Callie on Monday because her moms school didn't have electric. Almost all the schools in Wayne County were off (BUT Smithville Elem) due to no electric.
*Scarlett in OH for the week.
*Cooper fussy. Teething? Low-grade fever, runny nose. Did I mention fussy??
*Going to Canton with Joanna & Joy for baby gift.
*Kait & Tessa (2-yr old twin girls of the Daniels) here for the morning.
*Megan having lots of homework, tests and rock project.
*Megan going to punt, pass, kick after school.
*Playgroup here (we had awesome appitizers/snacks). We planned a stampin up card exchange. Jessica, Crystal, Andrea, Rhonda & Anita here. 12 in our swap group.
*Adam to Put & Stuff for Josh Fath's birthday. Buddies Austin & Jarrett went too.
*Kids to Luginbuhl's Wednesday night, Lugs coming here Thurs night and Brandon mowing our pasture.
*Lynn Baltic's baby shower. Made 2 cheesecakes. Girls got to see Natalie, Nicole, Allison & Brianna!
*Milan, Adam & Eli cutting firewood with Ted & Brandon. Splitting wood with Chizmadia's awesome wood splitter---thanks!!

*Kids to cook-out and fort building in the woods with Gpa & Gma & Curt.
*started pressure-washing the house down and cleaning out the garage for potluck & cook-out.
*Megan to birthday party/sleep-over at Emily Daniels. (highlights: awesome cake & played webkins)
*Molly to birthday party at Emerald Huffmans--went to Career Center for nail painting and scavenger hunt
*taught Maddie's Sunday school class
*catching up with Missy Murray-Stoudmire
*Eric Miller engaged to Sharla Steiner
*Molly, Megan and Adam with Gpa & Gma to Wayne County Jail (30th Anniversary open house) (Picture with Sheriff Mauer)

*Ingold Family gathering at Jaquet's pond. Adam & Tyler got wet! Girls played volleyball. Lots of good food and catching up with family....oh, and planned Christmas!

Tonight (Sunday evening) we are all at home by 8PM! This don't happen very often. Molly is looking for a book for her Accelerated Reading program. I'm figuring this 4th grade stuff out. She has to read a 'certain book' with a 'certain reading level' and then take an online test and get 'certain points.' We are reserving a book online to pick up at Orrville library tomorrow.

Funny story. This morning at chapel services at the Nursing Home, a resident, Ben had his grandson there from Kansas. I heard everyone asking him how tall he was. He said he is 6' 8". Megan said he musta been born in Egypt. ?????

Well, I need to try and update a little more often. I keep running into people saying they are following us in our blog. Maybe I should give out a door prize for people that comment! haha!! I just thought of another highlight: I went to pick up Molly at the Huffman's on Saturday afternoon and ran into Julie who I used to work with at the Wooster Eye Center. I have not seen or heard anything from her for over 10 years. Her daughter, Sophia, was at the party with Molly. (((Waving to Julie...email me if you read this)))

I'm not sure what all the plans are for the week. I do have 3 Christmas parties planned already!! We need to finish picking up sticks, mow and do a lot of outside work. Our new chickens are starting to lay eggs. Milan & Adam washed about 44 today and are saying we will soon have 10 dozen eggs everyday!!!

Heather is going to find out this week when she is going to have our new Katanic cousin....maybe even this week!!!! I might go with her to Erie on Wednesday to get Kaden's cast off. Friday night we are having potluck here with 8 couples from church. Then Saturday we are planning a birthday party for Megan's 9th birthday in the afternoon and then a cook-out in the evening with the friends families and I also invited my family and Milan's family. Anyone reading this is welcome to join us at 5:30 for potluck dinner!!!!

Have a good week. I'll try to get some pictures on when I put them on the computer.
