This morning Milan took Molly and Megan to make pizzas for the Sam's fundraiser they did at school. Then they all took tables, chairs, grill, etc to Gpa & Gma Hartzler's for our 'cook-out'.
Then tonight Doug held a surprise cook-out for Joanna's 30th birthday. I thought he pulled it off pretty good. The kids had a blast and it was fun being with Joanna's family and friends. Doug had it quite organized...imagine that!! Joy planned activities for the kids...so us adults could talk and eat. They painted pumpkins, went on a treasure hunt and loved playing in the clubhouse. Then we all went on a hayride. They grilled hot dogs, Uncle Dale's french fries (and doughnuts) and everyone brought potluck. Joanna's mom and sisters made cupcakes (filled insides, I might add!!)
