No School #2

It's colder today. -40 wind chill. The kids were still up by 8AM. The kids helped me make fruit kabobs. Maddie, Eli & Cooper went to Gardner's. Molly, Megan & Adam helped us cater tonight for a 55 and older group. Heather & I made all the food. We had bread/buns from Hiss bakery, spiral honey glazed ham, party potatoes, corn, salad, fruit kabobs for appetizer and big cream puffs for dessert. Mike, Milan & Rhonda helped us serve. We had about 35 people there. They had an orchestra play for them after dinner.

This is a 6 day weekend for the kids. They already had 2 no school days, the weekend and Monday is Martin Luther Day and Tues was scheduled for in-service day for teachers. I love no school days!!
