BLT's & Fried Peppers

We had a nice day at church. It still seems different not having mornings with Grandma Ingold. I did have a dream last week that she called me. I only heard her say my name when I answered the phone. It woke me up so quick because it seemed so real. I wish I would have dreamed what she wanted. I thought all week of a 'sign' or something she would have wanted to tell me but i couldn't. I think she was just 'calling' to chat.

Anyway, I decided after church that the kids needed to get to bed early since they are not adjusting super well to going to bed early and waking up early. So I invited my parents and Grandpa & Grandma Hartzler for supper. Pelfrey's all went to Akron because Uncle Dale got a ride in the Goodyear Blimp. Then they picked up JP & Crystal at the airport from their trip to Germany.

I love having a meal from the garden. We fried up peppers. Cut tomatoes. Fried bacon and had BLT's plus peppers! We shredded some cabbage and my mom made a dressing for cole slaw. Grandma brought some yummy bread. Mom made brownies and we had ice cream with toppings.

Tori had come home from church with us. Her family went to Gma Schambach's for supper. Uncle Curt came too. He gave the kids a ride in his new car. I didn't get pictures before it got dark out.

I didn't take any pictures but I did take some videos of the kids putting on their 'show'.
