Hayride & Trick-or-Treating

Elaine, Cody, Tyler & Abby stopped today. The boys stayed here while Elaine went to the W.W. for a linen sale. Her and Steph bought hot pads, purse, dress and a few other things. Then they helped me put our treats in bags and staple them for tonight.

We enjoyed our annual Steiner Road hayride and trick-or-treating. We went to the Nursing Home and the residents passed out treats to the kids. Then we head down Steiner Rd all the way to Gpa & Gma Hartlzer's house stopping at everyone who has their porch light on. Doug weighed his candy and figured out each kid got 4.3 # of candy. Milan thinks ours weigh more than that!! LOL. Lots of sugar! I usually let them each pick out a quart baggie of their favorites and then I combine the rest. Giving some to Gma Hartzler for her candy bowl.
Sleeping pumpkin after school:
Cooper did not like his cow costume:
Megan (hippie), Molly (hula girl) & Maddie (pumpkin)
Only picture I have of the girls!
My kids were pretty impressed with these girls:

Then we stopped at Corban & Jessica's on our way home for more candy. Actually, the kids even shared some of their candy with Corb!! What fun neighbors!!
