Christmas Parties at school & Riggenbach Christmas

Well, we started with a 2-hour delay this morning because of the ice storm that came through here. The kids were getting worried they would cancel school like cousins Tori, Emily & Kaden at Sterling. Here is a picture I took of the kids for bus driver, secretary, principal and guidance counselor and I made a card. I also took individual pictures for their teachers. The gifts for teachers this year was eggs, trail bologna and crackers. We are all ready for our 2 week break starting now!!!!!
After school today Maddie developed pink eye in both eyes. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on treating it!!! The Wooster Eye Center and things I found online say if it's viral you just let it run its course without antibiotic.
Tonight was the Riggenbach Christmas at the Fellowship Hall. I would guess over 200 people there but did not hear the exact count. Milan's family (all us girls) had to take the salad and 1 doz cookies. They passed out the yearly report and sang a few Christmas carols. The kids love being with their cousins. I didn't even take any pictures this year. Glenn Riggenbach's family was in charge this year and they did an awesome job even though Aunt Lou is no longer with us. Their centerpieces were nativity scenes. They have been checking GoodWill weekly for a year to make their collection. Then at the end they had anyone who wanted one to come and get one. Well, our kids took 3. Megan thinks maybe we should start collecting them. :)
I just got done cooking tapioca for a jello tomorrow I'm making for the Ingold Christmas. I was suppose to make the annual layered jello but we didn't get home till after 11pm and I didn't feel like staying up all night to add a layer every 45 minutes.
Happy Birthday, Dad Baltic today!
