Call from the principal

I'm writing this out so in a few years I can maybe laugh more about it. I got a call that Molly was participating with a group of girls that were learning how to flip people off in other countries/cultures. I am so appalled and didn't even know she knew what that meant. She admitted to participating but said she didn't do it to any person. I guess one of her friends older sister taught them. Like in China you use your pinkie and the Amish do it another way, etc. So I was talking to Milan before I talked to Molly and had to ask what the true meaning of flipping people off really means. I mean I always knew it was bad and it seemed people did it to others when they were mad and sometimes just to do it. Any other opinions? Some of you might think this is not a big deal or it's a minor thing but like I said I was just so appalled. I'm wondering how I will make it though high school.

Yesterday we had a 2-hour delay. Mason & Callie came because their mom didn't have the delay. The kids have been outside playing in the snow and going down the with the sled till dark. Milan had his annual Sunday School meeting tonight. Andrea and the kids came over during that and Megan and Isabel were trying on swimsuits because they start swimming lessons in school next week.

Happy 1st Birthday to my nephew Ryder Ingold and friend Darlene Lanz!!

Also, my parents left today for a 10-day trip to California to visit family and do some site seeing.

Congrats to cousins Bobby & Angie Sobel on baby Evelyn born tonight. Big sister Olivia will be all excited I'm sure.
