Dinner & SES Open House

Today was the Buckeye Furniture Expo down in Dalton.

This was the first time I went to it. Milan went earlier in the day and I went later with Lea Beery. It reminded me of shows I used to go with my Dad for Buehler's years ago. Only this was Amish furniture. I had to laugh at the high security. You had to pre-register and couldn't get in without a pass. Well, Milan had my pass and was already inside. So I had to call him and tell him to come to the door because the security people would not let us through. I asked if people really try to get in and they said ya, one guy even tried to get a free dinner. Really??? One guy?? Anyway, I got in and got to show Milan some nice furniture that I liked. hehe. Then we had a free dinner. Did I mention free? I wish I could have taken pictures but 99% were Amish and they probably would not have liked it. Amish Door catered the meal. We got home and I took Adam to the last 10 minutes of Smithville Elementary open house. We went to meet Adam's teacher, Mrs Kail. Then we visited Megan's homeroom and Maddie's 1st grade teacher, Mrs Burns.

The girls went school shopping with Gpa & Gma tonight to Canton. The girls wanted to go to Justice and Target. Then they got to eat out at Red Robin. They had so much fun and were so excited to show us what they picked out.
