Today we planned to spend the day at the beach. I guess no FL residents go to the beach after October. We didn't think it could be that bad. After packing lunches, sun screen, pampers, change of clothing, beach toys, blankets, towels, chairs and stroller we headed to the beach. Jill gave us instructions and decided to rest for the day at home with Willow. Jill gave us her vehicle and told us where we just drive onto the beach. We found the beach but they were all blocked off and 'closed' for the season. Their were only a few other northerners seen on occasion that stopped by the beach for a few minutes and left. We were determined to get some sun and have fun on the beach!!!
Kora loving her first visit to the ocean!

Eli having fun with the net.

Cooper playing with the net:

Eli playing in the ocean!

Grandma Hartzler gathering shells for the boys to take home to their sisters. Not sure why she is wearing a coat on the beach in the middle of October!! :)

Scarlett enjoying the beach day!

Cooper loves the sand!

Kora still loving the beach

Eli getting water to wash his shells. Notice the pretty blue sky.
Scarlett playing in the sand:

Here we were sitting on the beach. This was the place Jill told us to drive out on. She didn't believe us when we said the water was up pass the sign.

Scarlett & Cooper still playing (even in the monsoon!)

We went to 'rinse' off in the pool after the beach. The kids are making soup!

Willow is such a good little baby girl~!

The boys love playing in Scarlett's toy room! Eli is the doctor!

We bowled a game on their wii that Jill had no idea how to operate (imagine that:). I think I won the first game!

Joy is teaching Gma Hartzler:

Joy helped the kids make a tent under the kitchen table.

Cooper and Scarlett reading magazines instead of going to bed. Notice what Scarlett notices in the magazine.
